EXHIBIT HALL LAYOUT:   The exhibit hall is in the Mandalay Bay Conference Center which is adjacent to the Delano.  We will contact you in the order that you registered for Booth Selection.  ADPA 17 L3860469 FP (5)

EXHIBITOR KIT:   After you register, we will e-mail you the link to the Exhibitor Kit for arranging shipping and set up through Freeman.

Electrical & Internet services will be provided through Encore, the AV company with Mandalay Bay.  We will have their order form available very soon.

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INFORMATION:  Registration pricing includes all conference events, including lunch on Monday and Tuesday, cocktail reception on Monday and Tuesday and Continental Breakfast on Wednesday 

Associate Business Membership (ABM): $500

Exhibit Booth for Associate Business Members – $2000

10’x10’ Booth and two (2) full registrations to the conference, listing on the website and in the conference booklet. Badges for additional booth workers may be purchased for $479. A representative will contact you for booth selection in order of registration.

Exhibit Booth for non-Associate Business Members – $2400

10’x10’ Booth and two (2) full registrations to the conference, listing on the website and in the conference booklet. Badges for additional booth workers may be purchased for $699. A representative will contact you for booth selection in order of registration. 

CONFERENCE & EXHIBIT HALL DAY PASS: $379/ABM or $499 Non-ABM

Includes admission to Exhibit Hall for both sessions for one day and associated food and beverage. Specify Monday or Tuesday. 

EVENT SPONSORSHIPS

Any Associate Business Member (ABM) may participate additionally by sponsoring a speaker, lunch or cocktail reception.   Sponsors are recognized from the podium, on the NAPXP website, in printed literature and signage at the event.  09/29/17 is the print deadline. Sponsors also are provided an opportunity to speak at their sponsored event for 1, 2 or 5 minutes, based on sponsorship level, to promote your product or service in front of the entire membership.
